Fun Fun at the Target in Tampa

Another entry into my blog.....I was scheduled to work at a target in Tampa. I was also the scheduled driver to drive the van to the store. Another Team leader was supposed to be the "runner". But last minute i get a call from my DM to get the machines and the van from the office and download the machines. As a good team leader i accepted. I had worked the night before at a store and didn't get home till 2am. So i had no sleep. But that is part of being a team leader. One of our policies is that if there are 2 vans going to a "travel" store (travel store is a store that our district assists in running the store) then each van have a bag of equipment so if one van were to break down or get lost the other van can start work no problem. When the other van driver pulled up to the "meet spot" (meet spot is where we meet for travel stores. it is usually a convenient location for everyone to meet at) i got one bag of equipment out of the van i was driving but that van driver had her other equipment from another store and the bag wouldn't fit in the van. So i had both bags of equipment. So the first van left to drive to Tampa. I had to wait on the rest of my crew to show up. I then left to drive to Tampa. both vans made it to Tampa. We go in to start working and the two vans were split up into different "flows" to work in the store. My van was all going to C flow. The other van was put in A and B flow. (C flow is clothing, B flow is Toys etc and A flow is grocery,HBA,etc.) So when A and B flow was done with there area's they were sent to C flow to help us finish up the clothes. We only had 10% of the store left to do. The flow leader told a couple of my coworkers from my district to do a couple areas on the wall and then proceed to the front. Everyone is supposed to follow what the flow leader says. They are the supervisors. But one of my coworkers who just made top gun decides that she is going to zig zag thru the areas and pick and choose which ones she wanted to do. That is not what we are supposed to do. so the flow leader got upset.Another co worker also asked them politely to please be quiet so we could count.  Also the top gun gave her attitude. So she then went to the area manager and the area manager told the flow leader to send one of our vans home. So the flow leader was telling some of the people that were in my van to transmit and log off but i stopped her because i wanted everyone who rode with me to also ride home with me. So i told her to send all the A flow and B flow home. so she did. my van ended up leaving 30 minutes after the first van did. But it was a rough night. I didn't clock out till 3:15 am.
